Refund & Replacement Policy

We have a 5-day replacement policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify, the item must be:

In the same condition as received
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
Containing all tags and accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase

👉 UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
Without an unboxing video, replacement requests cannot be processed.

We only accept returns if the product received:

Is damaged
Is missing parts
Is a different product from what you ordered

How to Request a Replacement

Include:

Order ID
Unboxing video
Images of the issue
Description of the problem

If your request is approved, we will send return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds to bank/UPI accounts.

We charge a ₹100 replacement processing fee and issue a discount code for the equivalent amount to be used on Gearline.in for your next purchase.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods
Custom/personalized items
Personal care products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
Sale items
Gift cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gearline is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
We will provide:

Delivery confirmation
Tracking information
Courier details

You may then contact the courier for investigation.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are immediately processed in our system.
